“Let It Go” is a staple James Bay track, featuring all the key components of the man’s distinctive sound – h3 melodies, top-level production, h3 arrangements and heart-pummeling vocal delivery backed by quality instrumentation.
In Europe, it was released on September 15, 2014 through Republic Records as lead title-track single from Bay’s second EP. It was also included on Bay’s first studio album “Chaos and the Calm,” which was released in 2015.
The track is in the key of G, utilizing a fairly simple composition taken to another level with James’ vocal delivery. Despite still being fairly fresh, the song was quick to find its way among all-time acoustic favorites of guitar aficionados around the globe.
